Ha habido un poco de caos con los cambios recientes en los gimnasios Lake Fitness. Pero que no cunda el pánico, las clases de fitness de Universo Fitness ahora serán impartidas en un lugar llamado Boca Pacific, que está entre el Colegio Campo Verde y el Colegio Pierre Faure, justo atrás del Santander que está frente al Starbucks que está en el Crucero de las Juntas. Sí, ese que está frente al letrero de Puerto Vallarta, ese que ves al pasar el puente Ameca. Si siguen perdidos, les paso el mapa aquí.

One day like today, 3 years ago, we splitted from Super Salads Franchise in order to make our own brand: Vallarta Salads. I have to reckon it has been like a rollercoaster but the trip has been worth it. Thanks to everybody who has come to eat and have a good time with us some day in all of these 3 years. Thanks!
Un día como hoy, hace 3 años, nos separamos de la franquicia de Super Salads con el fin de hacer nuestra propia marca: Vallarta Salads. Tengo que admitir que ha sido como una montaña rusa, pero el viaje ha valido la pena. Gracias a todos los que han venido a comer y tener un buen tiempo con nosotros alguno de los dias de estos 3 años. ¡Gracias!
Un jour comme aujourd’hui, il y a 3 ans, nous nos separons du franchise de Super Salads afin de rendre notre propre nom: Vallarta Salads. Je dois admettre qu’il a été comme des montagnes russes, mais le voyage a été très valuable. Merci à tout le monde qui est venu ici pour manger et passer un bon moment avec nous quelque jour dans ces 3 années. Merci!

Summary of 2015
This last year I saw things that I thought I was not going to see ever: USA is trying to become friends again with Cuba; The World Leaders finally, but maybe too late decide to stop the madness of unlimited use of fossil fuels, NASA finally lands in Mars just to see that there is salty water there.
In Mexico, we saw that the actor Chabelo finally finished the first season of his sunday show after 44 years of being broadcasted…
In November, many good things come to Banderas Bay and Puerto Vallarta, including the arrival of the delicious tangerines.
Vallarta Salads enjoys every Friday a fruit flavored water from seasonal fruits and now it’s the turn of the juicy tangerine.
Tangerines
Tangerine is a fruit of light orange color and is very similar to the “orange” fruit but is smaller in size and its skin is easier to remove. It has a more intense smell than the orange and a sweeter taste. Like all citrus fruits, tangerines are an important source of vitamin C. This fruit has been cultivated for eons of years in ancient China and Indochina. Mexico by the kindness of its climate is a major producer of this fruit

Bennu @ Zity
El pasado viernes 3 de Julio, me tocó darle una clase de Salsa Shines básicos a un grupo de mujeres guerreras que se hace llamar Grupo Bennu A.C. cuya lucha es contra el cáncer. Esta oportunidad de llevarles un momento de esparcimiento y buen humor se hizo a través de la nueva academia Zity Dance en Nuevo Vallarta donde estoy trabajando. 
Como saben los que me conocen, uno de los aspectos que más me gusta de hacer lo que hago es contribuir con un granito de arena a construir un mejor planeta, en mi caso a través del baile y todos sus beneficios que bailar conlleva. Las señoras se pasaron unos momentos divertidos. Aunque les costó un poco de trabajo algunos pasitos básicos del Casino, con una sonrisa y muchas repeticiones pudieron salir adelante con su secuencia de shines. Al final, quedamos que las situaciones problemáticas de la vida se resuelven mejor sonriendo.
This last Friday July 3, I was assigned to give a basic Salsa Shines class to a group of warrior women who calls themselves “Bennu Group” whose fight is against cancer. This opportunity to bring them a moment of relaxation and good humor was given to me by the new academy Zity Dance in Nuevo Vallarta where I am working.
Those who know me know that one of the things that I like from what I do is that I can contribute a bit to build a better world, in my case through dance and all the benefits that entails dance. Ladies had some funny moments during the class. Although it cost them a bit of work to master the basic from Casino Salsa that I gave to them, with a smile and many repetitions we could go ahead and accomplish the dance sequence. In the end, we acknowledge that the difficult situations of life are best resolved smiling.

La clase de prueba en Nuevo Vallarta fué todo un éxito. A la gente que probó la clase les gustó muchísimo esa introducción al casino que hicimos el jueves pasado en Bahía de Banderas, así que tenemos luz verde. Iniciamos clases de Salsa Casino (Salsa estilo Cubano) ahora en el nuevo lugar en Nuevo Vallarta llamado Zity Dance (Blvd. Nuevo Vallarta frente a la UTTB). Tourists and families in Puerto Vallarta need to refuel themselves after a long Christmas Eve.
Today we’re working at both Vallarta Salads in Peninsula Plaza Puerto Vallarta and Plaza 3.14 Nuevo Vallarta.
But we’re closing at 8pm to go to Luminafest 2014 Opening.

Hoy cerramos a las 8pm y nos vamos a la inauguración de Luminafest 2014.
