Cuban Salsa at Big Steps PV

Hello Puerto Vallarta’s dancers!

This 7th of July of the year of the lord, I am pleased to tell you that we opened a group of classes for “basics” and “intermediate basics” of “Cuban Salsa and Rueda de Casino” the mondays and wednesdays at 9pm at the new dance studio called Big Steps Pv that belongs to my friend and teacher Luis Medina.

The Cuban Salsa is the style that I love to dance. It is more intuitive, shaky and circular, but if you want to read more about it, you can check a post I have about it on my blog: SALSA CASINO.
The Rueda de Casino is this Cuban Salsa but danced as a team in a circle. It is very fun and we do it when we find dancing friends at the socials and dance bars. For more info, you can take a look at my article at my blog: RUEDA DE CASINO.

I’m letting you know that this Monday, the 7th of July, the class will be free, with limited spots available, so you can try out the place and the class. Afterward, we’ll have a regular group every Monday and Wednesday. The idea is that I’ll use Mondays to explain the basic steps for newcomers, and I’ll also use Mondays to give some basics on other Latin dances that people find difficult: Cha cha cha, Cuban Son, Cumbia, Bachata, etc). Wednesdays will be dedicated exclusively to giving more advanced figures in Cuban Salsa and Rueda de Casino.

The cost of the class will be mx$100 pesos per person or the entire month for mx$600 pesos.
