Bye bye June!

Today’s the farewell of June, a rollercoaster month where many things happened. Among them, was my birthday’s celebration, my participation in Corazón de Tango and some other things. Let me make the recap in this blog.

As I was going to participate in the show, Corazón de Tango that was happening on the 20th of June, I decided to celebrate myself one day earlier, just with my salsa students and the closer people to me. However, as the health of my mom was getting worse and we had to spend a lot of time taking care of here, some days before the celebration I was even thinking on canceling it. When I arrived to La Bodeguita at 10:10pm I was thinking that if nobody showed up on time, I will just go back to my house. However, there were already people waiting for me, and many more arrived later. I am glad, as most of them were genuinely happy for me. I spent a great time, and I am sharing some media here:

The next day, was my mini performance in the show, Corazón de Tango, and we did great. We had a small milonga before the show that was very cool and then the play was very fun.

After the play, I reunited some of my closest friends at a chicken wings and rock bar where I had an activity for them. We were supposed to create some artistic collage about their lives with me in the future. This are the results:
