This blog totally summarizes my feelings about the new Thor 3 Trailer. Though I am excited this will be the Thor movie that everybody is going to love.
Well, I certainly underestimated things.
Like the millions of other people around the world, I watched the new Thor: Ragnarok trailer yesterday. However, I watched it just the one time in the morning and didn’t give it a second thought. As the day progressed, my social media feed was inundated with Ragnarok buzz, and by the end of the day just about every single pop culture site had published their mandatory deep dive into every second of the trailer. THR was left struggling to glean some lesson from the trailer’s record-breaking success, deducing that earning 136 million views in 24 hours (the best debut for any Disney movie trailer) probably means people….um….umm…..
Have missed Thor and Hulk since their two-year, post-Age of Ultron absence, minus Thor’s Doctor Strange cameo?
Have really missed Loki since 2013’s The Dark World?
Totally dig that someone finally thought to put Led Zeppelin’s “Immigrant Song”…

After a long day, finally the day to see the premiere of Captain America Civil War arrived. Luckily for Mexicans, the film was released a week before its premiere scheduled for May the 6th in USA. The reason: There was a warranty to have a full box office success on the weekend with Mexican Children’s day and the Labor Day. I went with my geek friends and some not so geek. The cinema was cramming despite being midnight. We can even feel the floor at Macroplaza vibrating and it seemed like it will collapse with so many people. The expectations in the film and with the directors, the Russo brothers were very high but fortunately the movie did a good fight.

Después de un largo día, llego por fin la hora del ir al estreno de Capitán América Civil War. Y es que afortunadamente para los mexicanos, la película fué estrenada una semana antes de su estreno programado para el 6 de Mayo en el mercado Estadounidense. La Razón: El buen fin de taquilla que representa el puente del Día Del Niño/Día del Trabajo. Acudí con mis amigos ñoños y algunos no tan ñoños. El cine estaba a abarrotar a pesar de ser media noche. Hasta el piso de Macroplaza vibraba y parecía que iría a colapsar con tanta gente. Fantastic Four 2015
Después de mucho tiempo, por fin vi Los Cuatro Fantásticos 2015; una película que antes de ser liberada, tuvo un montón de opiniones y memes negativos y simboliza la batalla entre el Universo Cinematográfico Marvel y las otras compañías cinematográficas que han comprados los derechos de los personajes de Marvel cuando Marvel estaba en quiebra.

It symbolizes the battle between the Marvel Movie Universe and the other Film Companies that have bought rights for Marvel characters when Marvel was in bankrupcy. Era mucha la publicidad en torno a la nueva película de Ant-man que hasta se me antojaba no ir. Y después de la gran publicidad hecha a Avengers: Age of Ultron y el leve desencantamiento al ver la película, no sabía si esperar mucho de una historia en torno al heroe más diminuto de Marvel. Sabía que la historia no giraría en torno a Hank Pym (A quien ya lo habían borrado del mapa en las dos películas anteriores de Avengers), si no en torno a Scott Lang, el nuevo e irreverente Ant-Man salido de prisión así que no sabía que esperar. Además sabía que el villano en turno sería YellowJacket, uno de los tantos personajes creados e interpretados por Hank Pym así que no sabía que esperar. Incluso llegué a pensar que Hank Pym sería el villano de la película. Tenía sentimientos encontrados sobre si ver la película o no. Pero ya saben terminé llendo. Aquí les va lo que me pareció:
