Zumba en Club Herbalife Vallarta.

Y en otras noticias, mañana sábado inicio con las clases de Zumba matutinas en el nuevo Club Herbalife atrás de la UNIVA Vallarta. Las clases serán martes, jueves y sábado a las 9:30am en el parque que está frente al club. Dense mañanita una vuelta para bailar un rato, quemar calorías y/o tomarse una vigorizante malteada de proteínas de Herbalife. La idea es que en la compra de tu malteada, te den la clase gratis o viceversa.

La dirección del club Herbalife es Av. Tecnológico de Monterrey # 250 loc 3 Col villas Universidad (una cuadra antes de la UNIVA).

De Lunes a Jueves a las 7:30pm, Zumba Fitness en la Unidad Deportiva Infonavit CTM Puerto Vallarta con Efrén Muñoz y con su servidor. Costo por clase $20 pesos.
From Mondays to Thursdays at 7:30pm, Zumba Fitness at the “Unidad Deportiva Infonavit CTM Puerto Vallarta with Efren Muñoz and with me. Cost per class: $20 pesos.

Zumba con Causa

The last Saturday the 23th I supported in a Zumba class at a little town called Santa Rosa Tapachula, after San José in Nayarit. This was a fundraising event for the constant construction of the kinder Juan Amos Cornelio in this town. The invitation was made to me by the instructor Mary Lorenzana and with me there were the instructors Mariela, Seika and Marisol. I was the only “man” in the event. The heat that we’re experiencing in Banderas Bay frightened some girls, but the people that assisted put a lot of spiceness during all the class. I did 6 songs ranging from Mexican Banda, Samba, Salsa, Belly Dance and even some sexy dances. The kinder’s principal was very grateful with the results.

Personally, I love being able to give a small support to these causes through something that I love to do as it is dancing.
